Refund Policy

We believe in transparency. Please read this policy carefully to understand our billing, free plan, and cancellation terms before subscribing.

This Refund Policy governs all subscriptions and payments made for Cloudtryx services, including Cloudtryx Invoice, operated by Cloudtryx Softwares LLP ("Cloudtryx," "we," "us," or "our"). We encourage all users to explore our free plan before subscribing. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Free Plan

Cloudtryx offers a free plan on eligible plans. The free plan is designed to give you access to our platform so you can evaluate whether it meets your business needs before making any payment commitment.

No Payment Required: No credit card or payment details are required to begin your free plan. You will only be billed once you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Plan Duration: The free plan never expires and activates from the date of account registration. You can use our platform for free with some limitations as mentioned in the pricing page.
One plan Per User: Free plan account is available once per user or business entity. Creating multiple accounts to extend a free plan limits is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription Billing

All paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Cloudtryx Softwares LLP to charge your selected payment method for the applicable plan fee.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Renewal Notice: We send a renewal reminder to your registered email address at least 7 days before your subscription renews. Please ensure your email is up to date.
Secure Payments: All transactions are processed via Stripe and are encrypted and compliant with industry security standards. Cloudtryx does not store your full payment card details.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Cloudtryx Softwares LLP are non-refundable. This applies to all plan types and billing cycles.

Monthly Plans: Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel during an active billing cycle, you will retain access to the service until the end of that paid period, after which your account will not be renewed.
Annual Plans: Annual subscription payments are non-refundable under any circumstance, including early cancellation, partial use, or change of mind. We strongly encourage using the free plan to assess the product before committing to an annual plan.
Renewals: Auto-renewed subscription charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to any refund for the current or any prior billing period.

Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account remains active and fully accessible until the end of the current paid billing cycle. After this date, your account will be downgraded and access to paid features will be restricted.
Data After Cancellation: Your data will be retained for a limited period after account cancellation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion.

5. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Situations

In addition to the general no-refund policy above, refunds will not be considered in any of the following situations:

Terms Violation: Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for any refund.
Unused Features: Refunds are not granted for features or services that were available but not used during the subscription period.
Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, internet connectivity, or your local device environment, and such issues do not qualify for refunds.
Change of Mind: A change of mind or switching to a competing product after payment does not qualify for a refund under any plan type.

6. Chargebacks

Contact Us First: We strongly encourage users to contact us at info@cloudtryx.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Unauthorized Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are not in accordance with this Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

7. Changes to This Policy

Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Notification: Continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
